The Athlete Experience

Athletes will experience a full-body fusion of strengthening and functional stretching. A Yogalete session ranges from forty-five minutes to an hour, actively recovering the body from head-to-toe through breath work, alignment, and mobility. Yogalete staff will guide athletes through the sequence, adjusting alignment and providing modifications as needed.

The Yogalete programming varies per sport and season. On average, we recommend a one-session minimum per week for two months to optimize on and off the field benefits. Yogalete staff are in conversation with coaches and strength and conditioning staff, customizing the sequence to team needs. All Yogalete equipment is provided. Yogalete assistants are available based on the size of team. Post programming, athletes who have continued their Yogalete practice continue to see physical and mental results.
